We represent borrowers as well as financial institutions on a wide range of banking matters, including syndicated loans, structured finance, acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, securitisation, derivatives, telecoms finance and international securities.

Handling transactions is only part of our service. We also advise clients on legislation affecting banks, payment services providers, financial institutions, including financial holdings, such as capital adequacy, information storage, internal audit and risk management rules.

We have advised on the merger of two bigest banks and their financial subsidiaries, including their valuation, merger and exchange ratios, as well as securing regulatory approvals from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and the Turkish Capital Markets Board.

We have also been involved in contemporary and alternative financing transactions, including Islamic-funding techniques.
